OVERSEAS CITIZENSHIP OF INDIA

JURISDICTION

1. Applications for Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) are accepted in the Embassy of India, Caracas - Venezuela, only from the applicants who are ordinarily residents of Venezuela or the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. Proof of residence (copy of driving licence or utility bill or bank statement or lease deed) should accompany the application.

3. The application review process may take up to two months depending on the documents and proofs provided in support of the application.
