FEES

   
 
  1. US $25 (Bs.F 125) for re-issuance of OCI documents in case of issuance of new passport, change of personal particulars, wrong filing of particulars.

  2. US $100 (Bs.F 500) for issuance of duplicate OCI documents in case of loss/damage.  

  3. Fee for a fresh OCI application be submitted in the form of a US DOLLAR BANK DRAFT in favour of the EMBASSY OF INDIA, CARACAS.

  4. The requisite fee in VENEZUELAN BOLIVARS (Bs.F) may be directly deposited into the Current Account No.0108 0231 89 01001 30102 of the Embassy of India, Caracas, held with Banco Provincial in Venezuela. The bank receipt may then be submitted with the application to the Embassy. 

  5. No cash or personal cheques are accepted. 

  6. Applicants may include return courier (with complete name, address, telephone numbers, etcetera), if delivery of documents is requested by mail. 

  7. Applicants may note that fees once paid, is NOT refunded on refusal of service or delay in service. 

  8. Both OCI registration certificate and visa shall be issued in respect of any or all services, except in the case of only change of address/occupation. Generally, the new OCI documents shall be issued only after cancellation of the old OCI documents.

  9. In respect of the service for change of address/occupation, no hard copy of the application shall be submitted to the Indian Mission/Post/Office. Accordingly, the issue of enclosures and payment of fee does not arise.

  10. The envelope should be boldly marked OCI APPLICATION. The completed application, along with supporting documents and fees, be mailed to:
