Application for a PIO Card is accepted
in the Embassy of India, Caracas - Venezuela, only from an entitled
applicant who is ordinarily resident of Venezuela or the Netherlands
Antilles and Aruba. Proof of residence (copy of driving licence or
utility bill or bank statement) should accompany the application.

The PIO Card application and the
