On January 12, 2010 Ambassador Mr. Lal Dingliana presented his Credentials to the Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, H.E. Mr. Ramón Alonso Carrizalez.  On January 13, 2010, as per the norms for Credential Ceremony in Venezuela, Ambassador laid a wreath at the Pantheon of Simon Bolivar.  Ambassador also met Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. Nicolas Maduro on January 11, 2010.
