Nicolas Maduro takes over as the new Foreign Minister of Venezuela
President Chavez appointed Nicolas Maduro as the new Minister of External Relations to replace ailing Dr. Ali Rodriguez Araque. Mr. Nicolas Maduro is a leading light of the rulling MVR Party and a friend of India as also a devotee of Sai Baba of Puttaparthi.
