On January 22nd, 2007, at the Palacio de Miraflores, the designated Ambassador of the Republic of India, H.E. Yashvardhan Kumar Sinha, in company of his wife Mrs. Girija Sinha, presented his Letters of Credential before the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Mr. Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías.
